BEST EVER!
I miss her! She is the best doctor that I have ever had. She really took the time to listen to me and changed my treatment when it wasn't working. She did not order anything that I did not need. I hope she comes back, I would follow her anywhere.

Sad to see her leave
I have been brittanys patient for a year and she is the best provider I know. I am very sad to see her leave as my neurologist. I don't blame her for leaving. I was always waiting in a line 20 patients deep to check in. The office is not well staffed and I could never get through on the phone line. I only stayed because I liked brittany. I will miss Brittany and I hope that I can follow her wherever she goes next.

I would highly recommend this office and this provider. She took the time to explain my medical condition in detail, to both myself and my family over the phone. I learned more from her in 30 minutes than I have from any other provider in the past.

She’s honest. I appreciate that she didn’t just slap a diagnosis on me to get me out the door. She explained everything thoroughly and provided me with resources no one else has before. I don’t want to take meds if I don’t need them and she helped me stop them.

Visit was related to having history of seizures. She kept insisting that it was just migraines when I have well documented grand mal seizures and also had one once during an EEG. The does all of the talking and presumes to know what is wrong with you. She is incompetent to say the least. She never even completed any kind of exam on me, as she sat a good 10 feet away from me the whole time.

This was the best experience I have ever had in a medical environment! Mrs. Adair did not make me feel rushed in my appoitment and she did not make me feel stupid when I asked questions. She was patient, very kind and understanding. She took the time to listen to me and help develop a plan for my treatment. I am so glad I found Mrs. Adair!

If I could put zero stars I would. I have been seeing Brittany for about 6 months and during that time I have requested a prior authorization for my injection several times to only have them not file the paperwork, my insurance company reached out to them, spoke with someone in the office, then when I called back to verify they received the paperwork my insurance company had sent, they didn’t know what I was talking about. She also failed to submit paperwork verifying steps had already been taken to heal my neck so I could get the MRI done. It says she is accepting new patients but I don’t know how she can handle new patients when she can’t even take care of the ones she already has. I would not recommend her to anyone. None of her nurses return calls until weeks later and neither does she. Absolute worst experience possible.
