She is considerate person who doesn't want to see her patients in pain and tries to help us as much as she can.

Brittany is very professional and is dedicated to excellent patient care. She takes the time with you to insure you understand her diagnosis and treatment plan.

This was one of the best office visits I’ve had in a long time. Brittany was compassionate and understanding of my chronic pain and medical issues. I left my first visit with a treatment plan and was able to get in for the first procedure in less than a week.

The provider was great and extremely helpful but we ended up spending 2.5 hours there. 2 of those hours were just waiting for the provider. No one came to update us on the lateness until the person with me went out and had to find someone. Considering we had other appointments and meetings to attend, it was extremely unprofessional. I was extremely uncomfortable in the chairs in the room, and considering it’s a pain and spine clinic you would think they’d try to make you comfortable. I’m still in pain from sitting in a hard plastic chair for 2 hours and will be the entire day. Great provider and staff but very aggravating to be left in a room for two hours without anyone caring to step in and inform us, until we had to go hunt someone down.

She spent so much time with me. She explained in detail why I was having the pain I am having, showed me 3D pictures so I could understand what was going on and explained it in a way I could understand it. She went over all the options I had for treatment and explained that to me. She is so nice, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anybody

She listens well. Offers suggestions and is very helpful. I am completely satisfied with the service she provides to me.

She is very knowledgeable and cares that you are taken care of to the highest degree.

I had spoken earlier to TWO OTHER MEDICAL PEOPLE (DOCTOR) n (PA-C) about where my worst pain n hurting was at n especially at night when I slept and NEITHER WERE CONCERNED NOR REALLY LISTENED……. So that when I chose Mid-Town Pain n Spine n CHOSE BRITTANY WHOM ANOTHER PATIENT OF YOURS N A FRIEND OF MINE TOLD ME ABOUT!! I told BRITTANY about the same problems I am having n she listened too me for the first time EVER SINCE I STARTED WITH MY PROBLEMS..Since my ORTHOPAEDIC DR TURNED ME LOOSE AFTER MY LAST SHOT IN MY HIP FROM HIM BACK ON FEB.17th,22… He turned me over to WAKE SPINE & PAIN in Garner, N.C. THEY WOULDNT LISTEN TO ME…… NOW MY TIME BEGINS WITH BRITTANY 8-09-22 @ Mid-Town Pain n Spine.. VERNA HONEYCUTT 8-12,2022 Thank You
