New to the area. Injured my back and could not get in to see my regular Doc. Office visit w/ this PA was average, but she specifically said to contact her if I needed anything at all. Three days later, I messaged her through the portal and also called the office left a voice message, and now another three days later - no response at all. I have a serious injury that now requires specialist treatment, but she really left me hanging. Despite saying that I should reach out to her, so has not responded to my attempts to do so. Not impressed with her, or the entire NW Physician's office, honestly.

Terrible follow through. Not enough room here to explain. Suffice it to say four days since communication was requested but still no word. Far too long to wait when dealing with a broken bone
