COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Don't bother making any appointments, since she doesn't seem to like to work in the afternoon. I have had 2 appointments with her, both at 4 pm (as I work traditional office hours). For the first, they called me at 2 PM asking if I could come in now. As I was WORKING, I could not just up and leave my desk. I settled for a virtual visit to discuss my bloodwork, but still needed an in-person physical. We scheduled again for 4 pm. I arrived 15 minutes early, as requested, and the front desk informed me that I should have received a call to reschedule. I DID NOT RECEIVE THAT CALL. They then said, "well maybe we have your number wrong." As I'm still standing there, she's also talking to another patient. I said, "Well, no, because I got TWO confirmation calls and a text," to which she replied, "Well she left at 2 pm." I guess she just does not like to work past 2 pm. I stormed out saying, "Please tell Brittany to never bother trying to schedule with me again!"
