Brittany is very knowledgeable, patient and understanding. She listens well and offers reasonable solutions for difficult health problems. Brittany is kind and compassionate and really cares about the health and wellbeing of her patients.

Brittany is THE BEST! I am so grateful to have her caring for my husband and I. She goes the extra mile always and genuinely cares about her patients. She is relatable and treats the “whole” person. Going through a very traumatic health situation with my husband, she kept me grounded and helped us to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I would recommend her many times over, and in fact, have done so! I’m team BRITTANY!!

Brittany has a wonderful bedside manner. She is kind and listens and truly cares.

Disrespectful. Treated me like I’m an idiot and a drug seeker when all I was there for was a referral. I’m following the advice of specialists I’ve seen for years and she tells me it’s wrong with little to no knowledge of my conditions or prior health. Bedside manner is atrocious and someone who cares so little for others to be that callous should reassess their career choices. If you’re chronically ill don’t go to this PA cus she’ll treat you like you’re stupid and making things up.

Brittany West is the worst. She REFUSES to consider her patients "whole picture." She is unemphatic to patients' financial situations and will not work to transition from a current health plan to what she suggests. It JUST SO WHAT I SAY - Period. I tried very hard to explain my situation and Brittany's response to my request of a simple, non-narcotic, non-opioid, non-addicting medication that I had been of for a couple of yrs. I was willing to try Brittany's suggestion, I just couldn't afford it on Brittany's time line. After explaining my circumstances Brittany's response was "save you money and see (someone else)." Brittany has NO EMPATHY, NO COMPASSION AND NO CONCERN for her patients - that makes a selfish, self-centered & egotistical provider who then has the potential to miss her patient's healthcare concerns because of her own vanity. SEE AT YOUR OWN RISK or RUN AWAY!

I have been seeing Ms. West for several years now. I only saw her because I couldn’t get in to see my regular guy. I now only see her. She’s very attentive and responds very quickly through the portal if I have questions. I’ve had a lot of health issues this last year and she’s been there for me every step of the way.

I saw Ms. West for a urinary track infection recently. She was so kind and considerate. I am definitely going to see her the next time I have an illness. She was so professional and caring. Even though I was feeling terrible, she let me know the medication she was prescribing would have me feeling better in no time. I would definitely recommend Ms. West and this facility to anyone who needs a wonderful doctor.

Really bad experience with Brittany West. I went in complaining about a recurring eye infection and she was extremely rude and just kept repeating "use a warm compress" over and over again ultimately giving me the wrong diagnosis and nothing I needed to get better. She was in and out of my room within 1 minute and wouldn't take the time to talk to me about my issue. The office got basic info about me incorrect (ethnicity) and took many days to get an appointment and referred to urgent care.
