My brother in law (BOL) has end stage cancer. Literally, the only job Brittney had at this point is to manage the pain. My BOL started having some serious pains so we hit the call button. After about 15 mins. of no response, he started screaming in agony. So my sister was beyond stressed and found the first person she could find and asked for her nurse immediately. After another solid 5 mins. of agonizing pain, Brittney finally walked in the room. These are her Exact words: "I'm going to address the way you spoke to my staff. If it happens again, I'll have security remove you. And incidentally, we had a patient literally bleeding out so you're really not my priority." All this while my BOL was actually screaming in pain! So I said, "can we please discuss this after you take care of him?" She said, "No. We'll discuss this now!" And withheld the treatment until she could finish scolding my sister on the proper way to panic in her presence. This woman should be fired!
