Highly unprofessional, aided in driving a wedge between family members, did not take the time to truly listen to one of the family members to help in understanding the true/correct situation/circumstances, believes she was right on all accounts/did not accept other ideas. Appeared to only take in and advise on the "academics" of the situation and not the human emotions or another human being truly asking for help. My recommendation for her is if staying in this profession then needs to truly listen to her patients and get out of her own head.

I find Brook to be incredibly caring and helpful. She always helps my daughter and I feel better. We've been working with her for over a year and I can't imagine what we would have done in this hard time in our lives without her.

Horrible experience for my children. She teamed up with a co-worker to bully kids in and out of court. They both ended up on antidepressants. She was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. She thinks she's really something. She's something alright.... clueless. My family would give her zero stars if that were an option.

This "therapist" is all fluff and no substance. Drove my daughter into a darker place, making her more suicidal but didn't BELIEVE she was serious. Brook is in the wrong profession. She should be an interior decorator. She's a hot mess and I would STAY AWAY at all costs. She will also go to court to support your ex-spouse without your permission and team up with other people to try to add credibility to totally ineffective "therapy"... and to have your children taken away.
