Marriage & depression counseling
Telehealth
For over 10 years I have been helped greatly by Dr. Pace as he counseled me through very difficult times in my 30-plus year marriage. He provided research-based methods of avoiding and dealing with arguments that arise in a relationship. His specific advice is what I rely on in the moment when I would otherwise lose my temper. I am grateful to him that I am still married. It is just so reassuring to be able to talk with someone (on video) who is a good listener, non-judgmental and very well-educated.

Caring, attentive and quality care
Telehealth
I have been seeing Dr Pace for over 5 years now. He was originally recommended as a mental health care provider through my EAP program. Though I started seeing him to address problems with my work, my marriage and behavioral issues with my sons, he got me through very hard times when both of my parents passed away due to illness. I look forward to our visits because I feel I can 'download' what's stressing me out and I always get a professional and honest answers to my questions. Plus he always has ways I can self monitor my health in between visits.

I have been working with Dr. Pace for approx 10 years. He has helped me work through problems I have had with my children and relationships with others. He listens intently and when I ask for ideas on how to improve a situation I am struggling with he has given me great tools and ideas to help me.He has suggested breathing excersises to relieve anxiety which we all need to remeber to practice this suggestion. I like being able tp have on-line meetings. It saves so much time vs. driving to an office and waiting in a reception room.I would suggest to anyone that they should give him a try for at least 3 meetings and then decide if you feel he can help you.

I have been seeing Dr. Pace for a few years and each session has been beneficial in my daily life. He is very patient and listens to my issues and afterwards suggests ways to overcome them. I have incorporated his breathing exercises and methodology for dealing with difficult people into my day-to-day life.

I'm gonna preface this by being very clear that I only saw him for one initial meeting. But my experience was very meh. It was clear that he hadn't prepped at all - hadn't read thru all the info that I'd already submitted about why I wanted therapy, my background, etc. We spent most of the session reviewing all of that. And by reviewing I don't mean he was asking me any additional questions, I was just sitting there in silence while he read over my paperwork. Then he went over my insurance/fees. Then he ended the session 25 mins in. When I checked out his calendar after, it looked like he was fully booked for a solid month. All in all, I found him pretty ill-prepared, inattentive, and (I'm guessing) just trying to book as many clients as possible. In short, would not recommend.

I felt like I was getting the textbook diagnosis. Like he is reading from a script. He focuses on breathing which is incredible hard when your mind is focused on your problem and just causes more anxiety.
