I had this PA Bryce Holland at North Suburban recently. Her bedside manner leaves something to be desired. Minimal eye contact, no empathy and "diagnosed" me prior to any tests being done. After, she made a statement to me that made me very angry, I left North Suburban very upset. I have encountered her before at N.S. as I, unfortunately, am there often due to my medical conditions. (which she appeared to have little interest in hearing). I would highly recommend asking for another physician if you end up with this P.A. at N.S. after years and years of being ill and having to interface with PA's and physicians regularly, this woman probably should be in a another line of work. If I could give her zero stars, I would!!
