I came from a number of bad experiences on the base clinic and decided to find someone that would listen to me and my needs and not brush my concerns off. She was so attentive and took the time to listen and chat about all my concerns. I was not rushed and she made me feel at ease. I'm learning to trust Drs again a little at a time. It's been years since I have had a positive treatment in the room. I'm finally able to take care of me because she is willing to help and understand me.

One day I was having a full blown panic attack, she took me right back and helped me get back into the present and calmed me down. She understood my attack, which is hard to find these days. She looks you in the eyes and is not on the computer the whole time she is with you.
