Great support
I have been a patient since 2016. For 13 years I was misdiagnosed. Brynn got it right and continues to help me through various stressor such as stress from another illness. She has been able to increase my functioning while minimizing overmedicating me.

Strongly avoid this Individual
Extreme lack of care and depth. She really gives the most minimum/scripted advice. Has a truly superficial understanding of the treatments she is recommending and has zero interest in the end result. Clearly failing treatments or adverse side affects do not get remediated. She will say asinine things like “that shouldnt happen…” followed up with zero recourse. Has no problem giving you expensive treatment that provides no physiological improvement. Other students I know have credited her to their conditions worsening. If it’s possible to disbar her, I really would.

I have had off and on problems with depression for 30 years now and have seen many doctors. For me, Dr. Bailey has been one of the best. She listens to me and when I have had a problem with medication (so far twice), she worked in a new medication that has worked quite well for me. She is a great listener, cares about people, but it starts with us first, we have to talk and trust and for me that was hard, I trust almost no one, so to open up and get the help I needed was wonderful.

I would not recommend Brynn Bailey to a patient. She is superficial and stone cold. Does not listen.

I have followed her from her old office in Laguna to this new location, its a lot further than I am use to, but I appreciate her kindness, patience and great attitude. She doesn't just prescribe meds because "I feel" I need it them, she makes sure that my meds are really needed and NOT just wanted!!!

So glad that her new office is open. Beautiful, although I would have followed her anywhere. Only provider I've had that actually cares about me getting better and just doesn't shell out meds.

I was referred to Brynn Bailey by another patient who told me they had had a good experience with her. When I saw her I found that her cold, unfeeling and and not sympathetic to my needs. She seemed to understand basic Psychiatry but was unwilling to work with me too understand my condition as a whole. Her website says they offer a "supportive & collaborative treatment" though I felt anything like supported after our session.

Didn't listen to what I was experiencing. Told her a sleep aid she prescribed was making me tired the whole next day when I used it. "That drug really shouldn't do that." Uh.... Told her a dosage change on another prescription has made me feel unstable. "Typically that drug doesn't have that effect." Um.... Also got really defensive and almost hostile when I'd ask questions to clarify things. Finally, when I said I felt like she wasn't listening, she dismissed it as a symptom of my mood.

Dr. Bailey is amazing. She is professional, compassionate, and caring. She made me feel like I could open up and speak honestly about anything . She is an expert in pharmacology, and took the time to explain to me how each medication worked and why. This gave me a better understanding of why I felt the way I did and how to improve my day to day. She assisted me during a difficult time. Thank you again Dr. Bailey. I do highly recommend her.
