This physician has an issue with Healthcare Privacy Laws and

I've been seeing this group of doctors for almost 30 years. Dr. Rupard delivered my 2 oldest children out of 3. When Dr. Bloom came in many years ago I was sceptical at first but over the years we've come to only set apts with him. My husband goes to him quite often. He's easy to speak to about "embarrassing" topics whether you are male or female. He's very gentle during exams, testing, or any other in office procedures you may need done. He's always taken the time to answer any and all questions for us or for the kids, any age group really. His bedside manners are calming. As for the staff...since moving to the newer office in Shelbyville they've changed the reception area/sign in people and nurses/assistants but I can't say it's been for the better. On union St they knew us quite well over the years and was always very friendly no matter what and very helpful. I'm not saying the newer office staff can't be the same, most are BUT there's at least 2 who handle apts/phones/front desk... Who always seem stand-offish, don't bother to smile and can speak quite hateful when you have questions about your visit or making an apt.. Other than that.. Dr. Bloom is great. Just wish we could still get the same family style service from some of the rest
