Does the bare minimum
Telehealth
She was covering for my doctor, who is out of town. She waited until 30mins before my appointment with her to have her admin call to tell me that she wouldn’t meet with me to give me my need prescription refill. They had no good answer as to why there were putting my health in danger other than to say it’s not her protocol to give refills to other providers’ patients. Then why cover for the other doctor at all unless it’s just to be able to bill.

Today I had my first in person appointment with Caitlyn, and I finally feel relieved that I have a care provider who is kind, understanding, listens and doesn’t “shame” you. I’ve struggled to find someone as a primary care provider who I click with and I feel will help me get to where I want to be. I previously saw a physician in the Mercy network and felt dismissed and talked to like a child. Whereas Caitlyn’s bedside manner was a TOTAL 180. I’m so glad I took the leap to see her and it’s definitely worth the extra drive time to see her.
