I'd leave a zero star review of this specific provider because of the fact I got billed almost $900 for a 15 minute visit with her. My son broke his collar bone on 10-21-2024. He was seen at the UC Health urgent care on that day, was given an xray THAT NIGHT. I'll add that my son's collarbone was intact and aligned perfectly. The urgent care did not treat him with any kind of drugs or anesthesia, they did not need to set or manipulate his bone. I was able to get an appointment with Children's on 10-23 at 2:25pm. We show up on time and get checked in to our room. This was scheduled as a follow up visit. We get into our room and wait for almost 30 minutes before she walked in and 'SEEN' my son. She showed him two range of motion exercises, gives him an arm sling and sent us on our way. I had an appointment at 3:10 elsewhere 10 minutes away and was able to meet that appointment, if that speaks to the little amount of time Caitlin M Dierkes spent in the room with us.
