Unfortunately all the reviews regarding her unreliability are very true. I had one intro session with her and she was 15 minutes late (so not the best first impression). After that session, she cancelled on me 4 times in a row. 4 times!!!! All the cancellations happened last minute, so not only I waisted 3 weeks not being able to get therapy, but I also blocked my work calendar for nothing. I do NOT recommend this therapist. What she did is very unprofessional and disrespectful.

I should have read the reviews before scheduling with her. Long story short-showed up and waited in her waiting room and she wasn’t even there! Supposedly, she left because she got sick and said she texted me, but she didn’t. No other response to my emails, no apology for waisting our time and no response when I asked about rescheduling. Very unprofessional! Had I not shown up for my appt, I would’ve been billed.

Excellent therapist. Very skilled. Compassionate and empathetic. Would highly recommend her.

I set up four or five calls with her and she kept rescheduling for one reason or another and then totally missed our scheduled call with no explanation. Don't waste your time.

Catlin Grossi needs someone to take over her scheduling. She cancels and does not keep track of her appointments correctly and then charges your insurance for missed appointments. That being said she is a good therapist but I had to stop seeing her because the appointment times were unreliable and often a no show.

Caitlin was very friendly, but we will not be returning to her. We had only meet with her twice and in that time frame had cancelled on us numerous times. Ran late to see us both sessions, and never got back to us for a third session when she said she would. This was our 16 year old daughter's first experience with therapy and sadly now has to relive the two sessions with another therapist to know her situation. Very disappointed. I agree with review who wrote on April 06, 2019. Same experience.

I wish I was able to comment on my experience but I was never able to meet her after she cancelled my daughters appointment twice then never showed up for the third rescheduled appointment. Not even a phone call. Very unprofessional! It’s too bad too because she has great reviews and I was impressed with her write up which is why I made an appointment for my 14 year old. Poor actions for a professional women. She may be a great therapist but my daughter and I will never know.
