Arise Family Chiropractic is not a place of care—it’s a cold, calculating business that preys on the vulnerabilities of those seeking genuine help.I took my 85-year-old mother, suffering from severe vertigo and tinnitus, to see Dr. Catie Cortner. We were told, without any prior communication, that Dr. Cortner was unavailable and that we would see Dr. Morgan instead. There was no apology, no concern for the sudden change. After an appointment with Dr. Morgan, we were hit with a $120 co-pay. It felt like a trap—like they had deliberately withheld this information so that we would have no choice but to pay up after the fact. We were told to come back the following week to meet with Dr. Cortner, who would discuss a treatment plan and go over payment options. When we arrived for our 6:30 pm appointment, instead of a one-on-one consultation, we were herded into a room with other patients and subjected to a 45-minute sales pitch disguised as an educational presentation.
