Arrived a few minutes late as never been to office. Doctor greeted me by checking his watch. Extremely condescending approach for a new visit. Was asked a few questions then given a 300 question paper to fill out. Saw doctor for five minutes max. Still waiting for report for pain clinic referral. Been on vacation the three times I called to follow up. Six weeks still waiting for his report.
