Excellent experience. Thorough interview and so much more helpfull than the typical 15 rushed minutes one gets from the typical doctor.

She gets mad at you if she knows you also see a medical doctor. She thinks they are all quacks and incompetent. She will tell you she is the expert on all things health wise and will demand you only listen to her.

She offers an hour presentation that is really about selling you a very expensive. You sign up for a "free" 15 minute consultation (with the administrative support staff), and if you choose, you pay to see Dr. Koontz which is another session of selling you a very expensive program. If you change your mind the same day and have paid, you lose about 1/6th of what has been paid. Was charged ~$1700 for supplements before even having blood work done and you do not even get examined before you pay for the program. Everything is out of pocket and they will not allow you to use your insurance for labwork. After leaving and thinking about it (I had listened to about 75 hours of podcasts and read multiple books on nutrition and plant based is the way to go (for me). When I changed my mind, I was called by Dr. Koontz and it was not a very friendly conversation. I had to stay true to my beliefs. This whole situation made my seriously question the ethics of this program.
