Brief, but all good.

Camille called me several hours before my scheduled virtual appointment time as she had a break between patients and was concerned about my Covid, even though she has never met me. I was impressed by that, as well as her knowledge about which antiviral would not work well based on possible interactions with my medications. She was very personable.

The first time I called the virtual clinic, my call dropped during the call. This was annoying because there was a long wait time to get connected and because I had to repeat all the information I had already given. Other than that, I was very satisfied. Ms Snyder and the person who answered the phone were kind and helpful.

Friendly and Knowledgeable; transparent about system issues that made things difficult (eg, couldn't put RX on auto fill, tried to set up an easier way for me to fill it, came up with a workable solution)

All providers have been good thus far. I did change my PCP recently due to not feeling comfortable or fully listened to, as well as respected.

Good experience with new doctor

I called Providence's Covid triage line. As an initial note, all of the appointments were booked for the following 24 hours, a critical amount of time for a Covid patient. More providers are needed to address demand.The provider called me earlier than the scheduled appointment. She dealt with me professionally and very kindly. She got me prescriptions for Paxlovid and a cough medicine. Her humor and care were extremely appreciated at a very difficult time. The medication helped shorten the symtoms of a severe case of Covid.

I'm amazed! Great services! I receive answers to all questions quickly, competently, and professionally.

Camille was kind, professional, and made sure I had follow-up information on who to call and what to do if my condition worsened, which turned out to be necessary the next day, so I was very grateful she made sure I knew what to do in that situation.

She was very knowledgeable about my situation and gave me answers as what to do and in case I needed further help a number to call anytime. I was so happy she was available to talk to because I was a little concerned and stressed out about my illness

I was very happy to receive this appointment so quickly (same day as my call) and very happy with the provider, who was cheerful, sympathetic and kind.
