"I have found Ms. Ross-Cleary to be cavalier and uncaring. You will wait for treatment for months before coming to a conclusive diagnosis. In the hospital/surgical setting she lacks human warmth and can be dismissive of patient’s fears. She will be condescending and unresponsive to a patient’s concerns both in the hospital; as well as in the office."
