wasn't helpful , i left with more problems then when i entered cause a -no help and b i felt alone that i was listened to or helped so that just caused more stress cause i need relief , she order no testing what so ever , just oh well you need to get more sleep , um yea i know but covid long haul issues have destroyed that well i don't know what to do for that,,,

She was my provider at the Norton Hospital COVID clinic. She exhibited a substantial lack of knowledge not only of the updated COVID research, but also disregarded the diagnoses of Covid and Post Viral Syndrome by my 2 Cardiologists, 2 Pulmonologists, Neurologist, 2 Occupational Health Physicians and PCP. I had to explain the narratives of my Cardiac and Pulmonary tests as she did not understand. But she wanted to prescribe medications that could affect my heart? She flat out stated that I never had COVID within the first 5 mins- even though I had every symptom, and I am an ER Nurse working with COVID everyday without proper PPE. Was it my skin color? How can she run a COVID Clinic without listening ears & knowledge of the disease process. It was such a waste of time and the 2hour drive. Just because you worked in the ICU during the pandemic as she stated, and you added more letters behinds your name, does not make you an expert provider. Medicine is a PRACTICE- they can get it wrong.
