Terrible experience- will NEVER see her again.

She judged me based on my past & acted as if she could not be bothered with me. Two years after seeing her for the same complaints, I have received test results and a diagnosis she could have treated me for two years ago, rather than just giving me medicine. I asked for help with testing for fertility because I have no periods and she gave me BIRTH CONTROL because she didn't approve of my past. She gave me meds for cholesterol without bothering to test my hormones. If she had she would've found out that I have high testosterone, which is a cause for high cholesterol. She gave me statins, which are HORRIBLE for blood sugar. My diagnosis is PCOS, which is typically caused by insulin resistance. Good thing I stopped taking the statins because my PCOS would probably be worse due to her negligence and bad attitude.

Wrong test results were given to me on a previous visit. Whenever I call the office, I get put on hold for a long time. When I was sick & needed to get in to see her, it was going to be 10+ days before I could get in. One previous visit, she took a phone call from her dad while in room with me.

I have been to see her and yes she seemed very nice but, she is refusing to refill a prescription I need. I am now in the process of finding another. Sorry but it upsets me ??

Candice is such a great provider. She truly listens and gives the best care. Love her.

During my New Patient appointment, she took an ample amount of time to discuss my history, concerns and next steps. She was very helpful and also compassionate. I loved the way she thought ahead and scheduled me for my next appointment without me having to ask. Fantastic. Patients even get the notes from the visit emailed to them!
