Cara Mier is the best therapist I have ever worked with. I have been seeing her for years and trust her judgment 100%. She is honest and fair.
She is also one of the nicest women I have ever met.
I would highly recommend Cara-Mier

Cara Mier is extremely intelligent, thoughtful, kind and warm. She is the only therapist I trust and would recommend to others.

Upon first meeting Cara-Mier I was immediately put as ease by her lovely and welcoming smile.
Cara Mier is not only intelligent, and extremely insightful but has a way of putting your thoughts and feelings into words that I would not have been able to express on my own.
She is kind but stern, and truly cares about her patients.
I feel very well taken care of while under the guidance of Cara Mier, and I trust her implicitly.
I would recommend Cara Mier to anyone and everyone.
