Cariessa McFadden

I have seen Ms. McFadden about 4 times throughout my pregnancy. Each time she has been very dismissive and has failed address my concerns in a polite and satisfactory manner. She has always given off the impression that she would rather be anywhere else than with a patient.

She needs much improvement in her bedside manners and establishing a comfortable and trusting relationship with the patients. She barely exchanged pleasantries as if she was annoyed. She barely gives any eye contact, very pressed to get to the next patient (like an assembly line). The other health care staff in the practice are amazing. Women's health is a sensitive subject, we need to feel safe and comfortable. Her lack of engagement made me feel like she does not care about my concerns.
