Carine Meldrum, PA-C

Six weeks ago I had an appointment with Carine Meldrum at Michigan Oculofacial Specialists Office in Clinton Twp. I asked her if something could be done about the folds on my skin below my mouth and pointed to the area. She said she could fill them in with a well known filler. I made another appt to let her know nothing had changed except I now have two hard bumps on both sides of my mouth that I don't like. That is where she injected the filler and said gravity would bring it down to fill in the folds. She said she was supposed to correct marionette lines (I called them jowls) but no matter what it is called I pointed to the area to be fixed. She said the only way to fix it is with plastic surgery. I asked why she previously promised she could fix it and then said only plastic surgery would work. The only thing she said is 'sorry about the misunderstanding.' I WAS SCAMMED and now I'm out $600.00 for nothing. This is the only time I paid for something and got nothing. I'm so bummed.
