Carl takes a personable approach and truly listens and keeps an open mind especially when dealing with unfamiliar situations. He definitely raised the bar for others to match. I firmly believe we learned alot from one another due to his genuine and inquiring personality while maintaining professional boundaries. He makes it ok to be human and maybe not make sense at times as he gently guides solutions and helps empower others to find IT within themselves. He is truly a blessing and great asset.
