VISITS AND SCHEDULING
AT MY FIRST VISIT WITH CARLA BRUTUS I WAS KIND OF IMPRESSED WITH HER, SHE WAS THOUROUGH IN THE EXAM ROOM, HER PATIENT/NURSE PRACTICES ARE ABOVE AVERAGE. HOWEVER, SHE NOR HER TEAM ARE CONSISTENT WITH MAKING SURE REFERALS ARE COMPLETED, WHICH CAUSES AN ISSUE FOR SOME PEOPLE. I'VE BEEN WAITING SINCE JUNE TO SEE A SPECIALIST, THE APPOINTMENT WAS SCHEDULED, BUT THE REFERAL WASN'T MADE SO AT THE LAST MINUTE MY APPOINTMENT WAS CANCELED. I'VE TRIED TO REACH CARLA SINCE THEN AND TO NO AVAIL. SHE'S NEITHER RETURNED CALLS OR SHOWN AN INTEREST THAT SHE CARED ABOUT MY HEALTH. SO WITH THIS BEING SAID, I WOULDN'T REFER HER TO ANYONE I CARE ABOUT.
