On 12/29/2019 my daughter was taken to the ER she had been scuba diving and had went down two atmospheres and experienced severe pain in her ear which lead to a hearing loss and pain radiating into her jaw. We explained concerns about a ruptured eardrum and how the pressure of descending can cause this Clara Gibson-Detering was rude and kept her back turned to us. She cared nothing about what we had to say and preceded to place more water into my daughters ear wanting to flush them out which caused more pain and we left the ER worse than entering.She is unprofessional and then did not even document properly and file claims using codes that would be covered under an ER visit. A child in complete pain, loss of hearing, pain radiating into jaw, discharge seen from ear and past fever. we voiced our dissatisfaction and she more or less brushed us off and out the door. She was even questioning my child "have you put something in your ear?' She clearly did not know what she was doing!
