Ms. Kimmel is an excellent practitioner. I have a problem with the practice. They ask questions of personal safety to children. This is wrong they often don't have the capacity to answer and at least in NC cannot answer legally for themselves. This is bad especially concerning personal privacy. The medical field on a whole is wrong to do so. Whereas on one hand you would like to make sure that people are not abused or neglected, it isn't really any of their business and it infringes on the Constitution. When you don't answer they think you must be a monster or something. I presented a letter at the exam objecting to that line of questioning. They must think I am hiding something, I am not I am merely protecting my family's rights. I heard them talking they were afraid of being sued. I would gladly answer any question except for personal safety. They even started taking down sibling names...we all know why they would. Though as far as I know they have no basis. record
