She switched my birth control prescription without realizing it and ignored that my blood pressure was high, when I know for a fact my blood pressure has been getting higher with time. My previous provider used Epic so I am positive those vitals are in the system. I will not be seeing her again.

The facility is confusing. Check-in for 3 offices at one desk? Waiting area not clear. Labels for checkin are wrinkled print offs taped to the front of the desk which people are waiting in front of! Really?! Stinkin' put real signs on the big header above and people will know where to go. The receptionist trying to be helpful really wasn't polite about it either. "Lifestages is over there." Yep, headed there. I spotted the sign by the door. "No, behind those ladies."

I've had many issues with the receptionist and giving her my insurance cards. She acts as if she doesn't know what she is doing and has never seen Ohio Medicaid before. She has caused a LOT of extra stress for me during this pregnancy with bills being sent to me when I have three health insurance plans. She is not efficient and does not make things simple for patients.

I just would have appreciated a more natural approach from this particular midwife. Others in the practice have offered natural ways to get labor going and shared details about risks that back the recommendations they give. I appreciate reasons and I appreciate a natural approach whenever possible.
