Great audiologist
I have seen Dr. Petersen for years. She is always on time, kindly and pleasant. Tries her best to improve my hearing experience with my hearing aids and updates me with options and information. Thank you, Carla!

I WISH I COULD CONTINUE WITH HER
I CAME NEEDY FOR ASSISTANCE IN ALL ASPECTS OF MY NEW HEARING AIDS AND LEARNED MANY THINGS I DID NOT UNDERSTAND ABOUT CARING FOR THEM AND WHAT HELPS I AM GETTING FROM THEM. IF IT'S POSSIBLE I WOULD LIKE VERY VERY MUCH TO CONTINUE WITH HER . BECAUSE I HAD LOST THE BUD FROM AN EARLIER PAIR, AND ALSO THE LEFT BUD OF THIS PAIR, THIS COMPANY WAS ABLE TO ADD A RELIABLE CONNECTOR TO MY SHIRT COLLAR. AND WHEN THE PLASTIC CONNECTOR FROM BUD TO MY COLLAR GAVE OUT, THIS PROVIDER MADE A HELPFUL REPAIR FOR ME, MAKING MY HEARING EXPERIENCE SO MUCH BETTER.

She very nice
Carla changed, the setting of the left processor. Had to go back on 10/27/22, and have it put on the original setting. I was a little upset they couldn't fit me in sooner.
