Carla Ricci

As most of us do, my fist contact with Carla occurred in the midst of personal chaos. Her name is highly regarded among my inner circle of friends, many of whom are also in the mental health field. From the very first contact on the phone, Carla was supportive, professional and emanated the calm I so desperately wanted to have. Upon starting therapy with Carla, she provided tremendous insight on the “why’s” and the intricacies driving my dysfunctional coping skills. Once I began to understand the ‘why’ and unravel the thread I was amazed at how my thinking changed. I had a new lense, and it was life changing!! Since starting with Carla I have utilized EMDR therapy, and Systems/Constellation Therapy with great success. I highly recommend Carla and will remain forever grateful for her impact on my life.
