I have been a patient of Carla’s for many years. She is a provider that truly cares. I wish she could be my family doctor too! She’s very smart and explains things so you can understand.

Very good with the details and conveying information in a way you can understand it. She will give you an honest answer if you ask for it even though it may not be what you want to hear which I can appreciate.

Have been a patient for several years. Truly have a very positive experience. Carla is attentive with her time. She provides quality treatment plans and education. Dr Pellegrino and Carla were life savers. They demonstrate genuine compassion and care in all they do in providing quality care!

I was a content patient at Ohio Pain Rehab for several years UNTIL Carla Rose! She is rude, snippy, and cold. She ordered blood work for me and sent it to two different labs w/o my knowledge nor permission. And only sent ONE of those two to my insurance leaving me to pay for the other, Nearly $400 I'm expected to pay for a "duplicate" and unnecessary test!!!! AND I only got to see my doctor once a year. Needless to say I left. She drove me away. Their other nurse practicioner isn't much better

This office gave me a follow up appointment with Dr. Carla Rose after I was evaluated by Dr. Pellegrino. Now as I see she is not even a doctor. She was extremely rude to me on first appointment. Told her I was doing a lot around house and she said my disabled husband looked like he was plenty able to help. He is in heart failure and has terminal cancer!! Last appointment she told me I shouldn't have stopped taking a drug she upped a dose of that caused me to have toe surgery after reaction!!!

Very uncaring, awful bed side manner. DO NOT GO HERE.
