Inexperienced provider with weak clinical judgement. She made mistakes in diagnoses leading to an unnecessary ED visit. Also she made mistakes in billing, which caused excessive insurance charges, based on her erroneous diagnosis. She failed to reassure the patient, instead getting riled up and increasing the patient's anxiety. I did not appreciate this provider's care. You should instead visit a doctor and save yourself a massive headache from this incompetency.
