I am still impacted by the tremendous compassion I felt from this professional. We had a very brief interaction for immediate care and in all my experiences as a patient, I have never had someone stop what they were doing to notice my angst and console it. The impact she left on me in that moment will stay with me forever. Her expertise and knowledge of methods was more than evident as well. What a wonderful, compassionate, and skillful medical professional. Forever grateful.

So amazing and well beyond 10 stars earned - it just does not get any better!! My daughter hurt her ankle late on a Sunday afternoon & I was headed to the ER. Now I don't gamble, had no clue what the office hours and/or capabilities were as I had never been there, wasn't referred but my pipe dreams and I rolled the dice and made a stop there in hopes of avoiding the ER. No lie when I say this was one of the best decisions I have ever made I'm not kidding. I got there at 3:52pm & was headed back home by 4:58pm and this was after having explained what happened, filled out all required new patient paperwork, had my daughter examined, taken back for xrays, found out she broke her ankle, got it wrapped & was then referred to the most amazing pediatric orthopedic Dr.. Carley along with the other staff were just so amazing, went well above and beyond with the level of care, concern, knowledge, expertise and genuine heart and I simply cannot express how thankful I am because she's amazing.
