This guy might be a good doctor, but I couldn't tell you. His staff never answers multiple phone calls I've left. Very, very unprofessional. My advice to you, doc? Get a yourself a good, competent staff. You're paying these people for nothing. They're taking advantage of you.

I am very happy with the care I get at Kern Endocrine Center. The staff was very kind especially Delena who was so kind and fast to react to my needs. Carlos has been wonderful in treating my diabetes. I would recommend anyone to come here who wants great care.

I was hesitant to see a PA however after my visit with Carlos it changed my view completely. He took the time to explain my medical condition and I never felt rush with him. The main thing is he took my fear away from my health condition that I have been struggling well. Even though he doesn't treat my other medical condition he did give me some great advise on another physician that could help me so I didn't have to drive to UCLA all the time. I left the office very encouraged.

Carlos a great provider answers my questions prescribes proper medications for what I need. Just wish wait time was less my apt was an hour 10 min total.

I am very happy with Dr Flores. He listens to your concerns. He also seems to be very knowledgeable. The only thing I have a problem with is the office. When you call it is hard to get a live person to talk to you. Especially if you have problems with prescriptions. And you when you leave a message they never return your call. No customer service by phone. If they can fix their phone problem, I could give that a 5 star also but until it is fixed they get a 2 star.
