SHINGLES SHOT!!! Today I had my physical with Dr. Haber. All went well. He told me that I should get my shingle shot. I waited and waited and looked out of the room, the girl, I have no idea her name, is just talking like she is on break!! She tells me that she will be there. I too have my own schedule. So gives me the SHINGLE SHOT and JAMMS the NEEDLE HARD and now my right arm is hurting. I do NOT DESERVE this KIND OF LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM what so EVER!!! I will CONTINUE to go to RITE AID for my SHINGLE SHOTS, and where this IDIOT just gives it to me, hard in the arm, because I saw her just CHATTING!!! AND NOT WORKING!!! Shame on her!!!

Carmen is exceptional in her attentiveness, thoroughness, and medical knowledge. I was at first hesitant to have an FNP rather than an MD as my regular doctor, but no more! She is better than most of the MDs I have seen in close to seven decades.

Carmen Cardinale was the first Doctor I have seen that I have had 100% trust in her decisions. She listens and takes the extra time to answer any questions I have. I would recommend her to everyone!
