I saw Carmen Morales when my regular PA was out and Carmen was substituting. Immediately I noticed how friendly, caring and understanding she was. She listened to my concerns and formulated a plan to address them. Later she explained everything in a follow up visit and the issue was fully resolved. Also, I felt so much confidence with her that I shared some men’s health concerns with her that I had been reluctant to discuss with other health care providers. She addressed all of them. Charles
