Obesity bias is a thing, and Carmen has it. She came to a very uneducated conclusion, making judgements about me as a patient without stopping to ask or clarify anything. Resulting in lack of care. Carmen should NOT be a medical provider, and probably why she works at a third rate company instead of a real medical facility.
