Rude and uncaring. I was so sick and had problems breathing for the past 2 weeks. I told her I was on steroids an antibiotics from previous MD. She said "it's viral what do you expect. Antibiotics won't work". I am a licensed provider and I know this. Her attitude was horrible. Took 4 hours for her to see me when the small ER at that time was not busy. Put her stethoscope on my back in two places and said okay. That was it, she was out. She did not know I was a provider. I hate the thought of her being this rude to patients in need. The rest of the staff was great. CNAII with purple hair did all the work. EKG, labs etc. She was a blessing. Don't know her name"

Very rude, condescending and didn’t even check what I was there for. Could tell she wanted me out asap. Made me feel unimportant, small and stupid, when I came there for help. And when I came around to the desk to ask for her name she was talking to everyone about what had transpired like I was a joke. Very unprofessional. Was told by another nurse that she’ll be in the ER all night so it was best to come back tomorrow or go to another hospital.
