Dr. Carmen Wong, DPM

Dr Wong spoke in a very loud voice the entire time. I am not hard of hearing. Exam was one (3) out of ten (10) and overall C+ experience. Will see a different doctor. Very green, unexperienced physician. Front desk staff is extremely nice,

I went to see Dr Carmen Wong because I had a pain on the left side of my foot. She pinpointed the issue immediately. Dr Wong is knowledgeable, pleasant, professional and sweet. She patiently gave me a thorough explanation when I inquired about various tennis shoes and over the counter orthotics. The front staff and nurse were also congenial and efficient. Although this was a one time visit with Dr Wong, I plan to refer her to all my friends and relatives. If you are searching for a podiatrist, look no more as Dr Carmen Wong is THE BEST!

I had a severe stinging pain in the back of my left foot. She asked me a couple of questions, examined the foot briefly, and said it was achilles tendinitis. She did not prescribe any drugs. She told me to stretch the tendon faithfully for a few minutes every morning and evening and gave me a couple of heel risers to put in my shoes. The pain went away almost immediately and hasn't come back. I still do the stretching! Dr. Wong was pleasant, efficient, and very knowledgeable.

Dr. Wong is great! As someone with terrible white coat, she always makes me feel comfortable during my appointments and she has me laughing during my injections. Who thought having a shot in your foot would end up being an overall enjoyable experience. I have recommended her to friends and family and they feel the same. If you are looking for a podiatrist in the Bay Area, Novato Foot and Ankle Center is 100% the place to go. Also I just have to say that the rest of Dr. Wong's staff is just as amazing! The front desk is so kind and helpful and her medical assistant is just so sweet!

Dr. Wong clearly knows her stuff when it comes to podiatry. She listens, has the ability to clearly explain issues, medicine and various treatment options. I have been battling a suspected gout flare up which was misdiagnosed by docs in urgent care and in emergency care. She is extremely easy to communicate with and same for the front office staff. Her case management was excellent and at all points in the process I was able to ask questions, get detailed answers and was made sure that both parties were aligned.Dr. Wong has been awesome to work with and I have no issue whatsoever to visit her office again or recommend her to my family & friends if they have foot problems. Rock star! Excellent.

I was very disappointed with my visit with Dr Wong. She was unfriendly and seemed annoyed. I would not recommend her to any of my friends.
