Carol Black personifies integrity and had our best interest at heart. My Mom's hearing aid stopped working and we were expecting that we would need to buy a new one. Within 5 minutes, Carol checked the old hearing aid and got it working again. Her prices are very reasonable, there is a large selection of hearing aids to choose from, and most importantly, she has the best interests of her patients at heart. We will never see anyone else for hearing-related needs!

If you are looking for a truthful, honest audiologist (not just someone to sell you new hearing aids) then take it from me.... THIS LADY IS THE ONE! Ever since the first day I walked into her office I have been treated like one of the family. As long as she is in business (or I'm alive), I will NEVER go anyplace else. She will work with you anyway she can. Waiting times will depend on how busy she is, but is not excessive. Give her a try, I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
