I have been seeing Carol for several years at the Benedum Geriatric Center. She was immensely helpful as my wife disappeared slowly into dementia. She guided and supported me when I had to decide to institutionalize her. Carol is now helping me as I grieve my wife's death. Unlike the comments in a previous review, I appreciate that Carol works in conjunction with my PCP and my psychiatrist at the Benedum. This helps her to help me as I deal with many medical and psychological issues. I have referred several friends to Carol Leach.

She is a social worker yet she insists on getting involved in your conversations with the doctor concerning medical care even though she has no medical training or experience. She serves no purpose in this environment.
