Carol Rosenthal maliciously discarded the property of a mentally ill man, and violated his humanity. As a therapist she has absolutely no compassion or empathy. She demonstrated cruelty in handling a sensitive situation in a manner where she abused her power as a professional by violating a tenant's rights. Her ethics are questionable, and lack of respect for an individual who suffers from severe mental illness by tossing out family photographs and clothing in a two week time frame is shameful.
