I highly recommend Carole Spivack. I think her methods are effective and have had a positive impact in every aspect of my life. She is accommodating, which I appreciate because I don't have a fixed schedule.

Carole is professional, knowledgeable, and well read on research. She responds to my feelings and concerns of the week, as my thoughts expand with resolution. She has shown me how to learn to be in more control over my emotions in any given setting. My sessions with her usually close with positive emotions and results. I leave her office feeling proud and ready to delve back into my daily life and responsibilities. I highly recommend Carole, she is a kind and insightful women.
