Caroe was an amazing person with a big heart and very knowlegdabe. She understood what i was going through and helped me with the steps i needed to get through it. She is also wonderful with kids my son went to her and he loved her. I highly recommend.

Carole played a vital role coming out of a traumatic and abusive relationship quite a few years ago. She helped me process my emotions and find a level of understanding AND acceptance. She is attentive, listened and asked questions that would make me think and analyze myself & the situation as well. She was not ever pushy, remained calm, and I never felt rushed. She provided resources & recommended materials to help bring further understanding. I had no problems with making appointments. I'm so very thankful that God put her in my path of brokenness at a desperate time in my life.

My husband and I had about 7 appointments with Carole. While I think counseling as a whole helped my marriage, I wasn't too impressed with Carole. She was always nice, but we didn't feel like she was always hearing us. Sometimes she was a little quick to diagnose something without actually listening to the full story. She was always nice, and her Sacramento location was easy enough to get to I suppose if you're cool with Downtown Sacramento, but I don't know that I would recommend her.

My child was seeing Mrs. Vance for a while but I don't think she should be working with children under 12. She's not warm, rarely smiles and my child didn't ever want to go to her appointments. Now my child has a therapist who she's connected to and loves going to her sessions.

She is wonderful. I have had 2 past horrific therapists and Carole is a breath of fresh air. She is easy to get ahold of, fits you in her schedule even if she is full, takes time for you, is very attentive, positive, knowledgable, and trusting. I very much recommend her!
