Refused to give a light duty work note for obvious damage. Kept referring to other doctors or institutions who said primary is supposed to. Kept saying she would refer me elsewhere, not the same place twice. No consistency I felt that she sincerely couldn't care less ESPECIALLY bc I am an immigrant with an accent. Not accommodating or helpful. So many doctors have forgotten that they are being paid to perform a service and SHALL PERFORM IT as we will it to be since it is our money paying for said service!
