I had an elbow issue and so I booked an appointment. Not only did Caroline look into my elbow issues but she focused on what exercises I do, how inflammations work, what things I can and can't do with my elbow in its current state and what I should expect after the appointment. Because we got into some other areas, I found her to be a huge help with my current vitamins and supplements! She took her time and was calm and helpful as well as being sensitive to any issues I have.
