WOW, I've never met a provider more well-suited to her craft! Caroline is incredibly caring and calming, and I was thoroughly impressed with her knowledge and attention to detail. She truly connected with me, eased my anxiety, and made me laugh throughout what I had thought would be a scary visit. As somebody who also works in medicine (albeit, aesthetic), I can truly appreciate when both patient care and customer service are prioritized. I would choose Caroline as my nurse again and again.

I've never had such a bad experience with a health care provider in my entire life. Her personality was so rude and she was so offensive. She made me feel like an idiot for requesting a pap smear even though I haven't had one in 2 years. She told me if I get a huge bill for it then it's my own fault. She saw I was wearing scrubs so she asked what I did for a living and then said "you obviously don't know anything about medicine". People who speak like this should not be in medicine.
