Terrible Experience!
She does not understand simple explanations of patient problems. One of the worst experiences I've had with a medical (um..professional)? When she documented in my chart, she filled in whatever she wanted. She also outright lied in her documentation, filled in words I never said and left out some of the most important issues I discussed, such as depression and anxiety. This has clearly been an issue before as stated in the other review on this page, which appears to come from a Unit Manager or Nurse Supervisor. Carolyn did not listen to what I described as the problem and kept saying 'I don't understand' over and over again!I would avoid interactions with her at all costs!

Very thorough
Telehealth
She is very thorough, works hard to get to the bottom of a problem, addresses your concerns, collaborates well with her supervising physician, and is great at getting back to you as soon as possible.

Poor documentation, does not ask questions and she pre fills answers to questions that she never asks. Each time I have to correct her on her note, and sometimes she still doesn't document correctly.
